If I place my order today, when would I get it?

Online orders placed before 11 a.m. get dispatched on the same day (Qld business days only). If you place your order outside those hours, your order will be processed next business day. Shipping time vary based on your location, you will be given an estimated delivery time during check out. You can also opt for Express Delivery, if you need it your order quicker. Once your order is dispatched from us, you will receive a notification with the estimated delivery date/time and status updates to keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you ship to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand?

Yes, we do ship to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We have partnered with Shippit to offer you the most competitive rates and keep you notifided every step of the way. Parcel deliveries are limited to 1.5m in lenght and 25kg in weight. There are a few products like liquids, and aerosols that can not be shipped. You will see them clearly marked in the product page.

What payment options do you take?

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, AfterPay and Zip. If you are a regular customer, you can also apply for a trade/credit account by filling this form.

How does the Free Shipping offer work?

Parcel (less than 1.5m in lenght and less than 25kg in weight) online orders over $500 receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE. Free Delivery only applies to retail customers, excluding trade account and distributor purchases. Oversized/extra-heavy products may not be eligible for free shipping. Some remote areas may be excluded for free shipping. If you don't happen to qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order. You'll be able to see this on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.

Can I order online and put the bill to my trade account?

Sure, you can! Log in to your online account to place your order which will go against your trade account. If you don't have the log in details, please contact us.

Can I place my order online and pick up at one of your stores?

Sure, you can. Just select the Click and Collect option in the checkout. This is a clever way to save time! Show up, collect and go, no wasted time waiting. Better still, get your order delivered for a small flat rate (only available in Brisbane and Gold Coast areas).

Can I buy Compounds and Accesories online?

Yes, you can place an order for those products online. Based on your location, you will see the delivery options available to you which can be Click & Collect or Truck Delivery. You could even organise your own transport to pick up from our main warehouse in Capalaba, Queensland.

I'm in New Zealand, what about GST and Customs fees?

You won't be charged GST in your online order, but you may be liable to pay import duty and GST on arrival. If unsure or to learn more, please visit the NZ Customs website before you make your purchase decision.

What are your opening hours?

All our Trade Centres are open from 6:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excludes Qld Public Holidays).

Where are your trade centres located and how do I make contact?

We have 4 Trade Centres in the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas: Narangba, Capalaba, Helensvale and West Burleigh. You can call, email or just rock up! Click on the name of the store you are after above, or see our Contact Us page for up to date contact information.

Do you sell plasterboard or fibre cement sheets?

We stock a comprehensive range of plastering supplies, but sheets. We don't sell plasterboard or fibre cement sheets.
