Our standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Australia, while international shipping varies by location. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your order quicker.

Sure, you can. Just select the Click and Collect option in the checkout. This is a clever way to save time! Show up, collect and go, no wasted time waiting. Better still, get your order delivered for a small flat rate (only available in Brisbane and Gold Coast areas).

Online orders placed before 11 a.m. get dispatched on the same day (Qld business days only). If you place your order outside those hours, your order will be processed next business day.

Yes, we do ship to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We have partnered with Shippit to offer you the most competitive rates and keep you notifided every step of the way. Parcel deliveries are limited to 1.5m in lenght and 25kg in weight. There are a few products like liquids, and aerosols that can not be shipped. You will see them clearly marked in the product page.

Parcel (less than 1.5m in length and less than 25kg in weight) online orders over $500 receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE. Free Delivery only applies to retail customers, excluding trade account and distributor purchases. Oversized/extra-heavy products may not be eligible for free shipping. Some remote areas may be excluded for free shipping. If you don't happen to qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order. You'll be able to see this on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.

Yes, you can place an order for those products online. Based on your location, you will see the delivery options available to you which can be Click & Collect or Truck Delivery. You could even organise your own transport to pick up from our main warehouse in Capalaba, Queensland.

All our Trade Centres are open from 6:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excludes Qld Public Holidays).

To return your product, mail your product to: 31 Neumann Road, Capalaba, QLD, 4157, Australia or drop it in at any of our Trade Centres – attention to: Customer Care. We require proof of purchase and an explanation of why the item is being returned. The more information you supply, the easier and quicker your request will be processed.
